3. Account Registration

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

okgames currently supports the following payment methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100
• Maximum single deposit: subject to your account tier and payment method limits
• Deposits are credited to your okgames balance instantly in most cases
• okgames does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible
• Standard processing time is 15 to 30 minutes; delays may occur during high-volume periods or when additional verification is required
• okgames reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5

okgames does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on your payment method must match the name on your okgames account. Deposits from unverified or mismatched sources will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

okgames offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out here.

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real money funds and must be wagered before they can be withdrawn.
• The standard wagering requirement on okgames bonuses is 20x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type — fishing games and slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less. Check the specific promotion page for details.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited after the expiry date.
• okgames reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or exploiting loopholes — will have their bonuses cancelled and their accounts reviewed.

If you do not wish to receive a bonus, you may decline it at the time of deposit. Once a bonus has been accepted and wagering has begun, it cannot be removed from your account without forfeiting the associated winnings.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on okgames are provided by licensed third-party game studios. Each game operates according to its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing real money bets.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed.

okgames employs fraud detection systems that monitor accounts for unusual patterns. If your account is flagged, we may place a temporary hold on withdrawals while we investigate. We will notify you of any such hold and aim to resolve investigations within 5 business days.

8. Responsible Gaming

okgames reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time if:

• We have reason to believe fraudulent activity has occurred on your account.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Your account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, okgames reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the violation.
